Hi, I’m Elena 

As a counselor my goal is to connect with you, and provide an environment where you feel safe, heard, seen, and understood. It is also my goal to work alongside you to reduce your symptoms and give you practical tools to use outside of therapy. I have a client centered approach and I tailor therapeutic interventions and treatment to each individual and their unique needs. 

I am fluent in Spanish and English. I received my bachelor’s degree from Fresno Pacific in early childhood development and master’s degree in professional clinical counselor from Concordia University. I have worked with individuals who have experienced different types of traumas, grief, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I have also facilitated co-parenting and anger management groups and worked alongside other clinicians in batterer intervention program and child abuse intervention group.
