I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LMFT117105), and have been empowering individuals to achieve goals through awareness and self-determination.
I received my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University, San Diego in 2016. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Fresno Pacific University in 2014. I have nine years experience working with individuals in the Central Valley presenting with a variety of concerns. The majority of my clinical work has been completed in schools located in Fresno Unified. I have provided services to children of all ages from K-12th grade. I have experience working with individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families. I work to provide an individualized care approach with each patient/treatment unit.
My specialties include anxiety, depressive disorders, mood, conflict resolution, stress management, and grief. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and crisis management and intervention.
